Quiet Lapland only collects the personal data of customers that is needed to carry out the activity and ensure safety during the activity. Quiet Lapland keeps as minimal data as possible for the shortest amount of time. A customer has the right to examine and correct his or her personal data.

Personal data is used exclusively for the activity and is not shared with third parties. The personal data is deleted once the activity is concluded.

We never use pictures of customers taken during activities for promotional efforts.

Quiet Lapland uses unencrypted email as primary medium for communication. Please acknowledge that unencrypted email communication is not considered as secure in regards of privacy and that email communication might be intercepted. We store email on a server we rent at Orange Website. We delete emails shortly after an activity has been conducted. We do not put trackers in our emails. In case you prefer a safer and better medium for communication, Quiet Lapland encourages to communicate via signal messenger.

In case a website, computer or telephone of Quiet Lapland Idea will be breached, a notification shall be put on the webpage of Quiet Lapland. Quiet Lapland will provide a description of potential consequences and possible measures to be taken to deal with a data breach.
